The Letterpod staff appreciates feedback. In fact, it keeps us motivated and excited to keep bringing you more entertaining podcasts. Help us out by telling us how we are doing from time to time:
Voicemail - You can leave an audio comment, suggestion, question, complaint (meanie) or anything else on our TOLL FREE voice mail. Just call our Gabcast line at 1-888-887-3127 and enter in the Channel Number: 21082. Then enter the password MYPOD (69793) and you will be prompted to record your message. Letterpod might even air your comment in a future episode! Please remember to leave your trail name on the message. For example, “Hi this is jackbear, and I think that the Letterpod is the most fun you can have with an iPod!”
Written Comments: At the bottom of the show notes for the episodes is the option to leave a comment, just like on a blog. We do read these, so this a great place to leave us a note about what you think. There is a rating system there with stars you can vote with too.
Email: You can of course email us your comments too! You can email jackbear on Atlas Quest mail if you like, he checks it all the time. You can also send your comments to Letterpod. Remember you can’t send attachments over AQ mail accounts, so contact jackbear if you have an attachment, and he’ll give you a different email to send to.
Chat: You can chat live with jackbear! Just look for the bubble in the left column of your screen that says “Click to chat with jackbear.” If it has a green dot, and says, “available,” that means jackbear is siting at his computer and you can prompt him to talk with you. It logs you into a guest chat, so make sure you say, “Hi, It’s *trailname*, can you talk?” Give him a minute, sometimes he’s slow.
Yahoo Group: We welcome anyone to join our Yahoo Group as well. It’s called the Letterboxing Podcast, and this is where we all chat and decide what to include in future episodes. Please consider joining and finding out what is coming up, or better yet, offer to help. We always are looking for more help.
iTunes: A lot of you probably listen to us using an iTunes subscription. Did you know we are listed on the iTunes Store? You can also submit a review at the store to let the world know why you think the Letterpod is the best podcast about letterboxing. Just go to the iTunes Store and search for “letterpod,” we’re listed under “podcasts”…go figure!
